Application Deadline: April 1, 2022 at 5pm
To be included in the lottery, all completed applications must be received or postmarked no later than 5pm on Friday, April 1, 2022. Applications received after the deadline will be placed on the waitlist below the qualified lottery applicants, based on a first-come first-served basis.
